We respect the privacy of all of our on-line guests. Our web server recognizes and records certain non-personal information about the computers of visitors. Currently, this information may include the type of browser used, the type of operating system and the domain name or IP address of the visitor’s Internet service provider, the number of users that visit a specific page on our Site and the character and duration of such visits. This information may be used to help analyze site traffic and improve our services. We may also aggregate such information to create statistical data and we may share that information with potential advertisers, partners, affiliates and other third parties. At no point, however, do we access any personally identifiable facts in this process. Visitors cannot be identified from this information.
In the future, we may collect other types of non-personal information for the aforementioned purposes as new technology becomes available.
We do not require visitors to our Site to register or provide information in order to view our Site. However, in certain circumstances, you may be asked to provide us with some specific information about yourself in order to use or access certain features on our Site, such as contests, trivia games, rebate and coupon offers, surveys and other promotions; to receive information from us in the future, such as newsletters; or to fulfil a request or order for publications, merchandise or other information or materials (where you have requested or agreed to receive such information). Such information may include contact information (such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address), as well as other information we may require to carry out certain features of our Site.
We do not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to our Site unless it is provided to us voluntarily and knowingly. The personally identifiable information you submit will be used:
(I) to carry out your requests and respond to your inquiries, and
(II) as otherwise disclosed at the respective point where such information is collected or in any additional terms and conditions applicable to the particular feature of our Site.
To accomplish this, we may share your personally identifiable information with third parties that perform functions on our behalf (or on behalf of our partners) or who have joined us in providing promotions and activities, such as companies (including retailers) or individuals that deliver packages, fulfil orders, participate in our promotions, administer our promotions, provide diet and nutrition information, provide marketing or promotional assistance, process credit card payments, analyze data or provide customer service. Such information will however be shared only to the extent these third parties need such information to perform their functions. Please note that certain of these products or services may not be made available to you if you decide not to share certain information with us.
We may also share your personally identifiable information with other companies, e.g. for marketing purposes, however not without prior explicit consent from you. If you want to revoke such a consent, you may express this revocation by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org at any time.
In case of any given consents in terms of data protection we will erase your personally identifiable data immediately after you revoke your consent. In any other cases we will erase your personally identifiable information if it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
In addition to the non-personally identifiable information described above, we may also send you “Cookies.” Cookies are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Cookies make using a website more convenient by e.g. saving your passwords and preferences for you. A distinction is drawn between Session Cookies that are erased at the end of a session, and Permanent Cookies that are stored for the term on 12 months.
Cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information. We may analyze the information derived from these cookies and match such information with other non-personally identifiable data. We may provide our analysis and certain non-personally identifiable information to potential partners, advertisers (who may use this information to provide advertisements tailored to your interests) or other third parties.
You have the option via the configuration of your browser of deciding whether or not to accept a cookie (your browser’s help screen should tell you how to do this). You may also delete a Cookie manually from your hard drive. Please note, however, that some parts of our Site may not function properly or may be considerably slower if you refuse to accept a cookie or choose to disable your cookies settings.
We reserve the right to disclose any personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information if we are required to do so by law or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary in order to:
(I) conform with the requirements of the law or, for example, to comply with a Court order;
(II) protect or defend the legal rights or property of Agria, Agria Affiliates, our Site or its users; or
(III) in an emergency to protect the health and safety of our Site’ users or the general public.

Some activities on our Site may be designed specifically for children.
Any activities developed for use by children visiting our site are designed to be fun and educational – and safe. Therefore we pay particular attention to the data protection of children.
AZIENDA does not currently give or sell any personally identifiable information collected from children under the age of 16 on our Site to anyone, not even with the child’s consent. If we intend to share information with other parties, we will notify the child’s parent or legal guardian and will state with whom we propose sharing information and why. The child’s parent or legal guardian must consent to the disclosure of the child’s personal information before it can be shared. Parents may consent to Agria’s collection and use of their child’s personal information without consenting to the disclosure of the information to third parties, including affiliated companies.
A parent or legal guardian can request that we remove, change or refuse further submission of information relating to a child under the age of 16 by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by contacting us at the address listed below. DATA PROTECTION IN CONNECTION WITH FACEBOOK PLUG-INS
We have integrated plug-ins from the social network Facebook from Facebook Inc. (USA) on SITO.IT. The plug-ins can be recognised by the Facebook logo or the “like” button (HTTP://DEVELOPERS.FACEBOOK.COM/DOCS/PLUGINS/).
During your visit to our site, your browser creates a direct connection with the servers of Facebook; Facebook then communicates with you much like in the event of a direct call-up of Facebook. Through this procedure, it is communicated to Facebook that you are visiting our website with your IP address, and Facebook may under certain circumstances be able to place cookies with you. If you are logged into Facebook at the same time, Facebook can assign this visit to your Facebook account. At the same time, clicking on the “Like” button links the contents of our web presence to your Facebook profile.
If you have questions or comments about our privacy practices, or if you wish to access, review, amend or delete any personally identifiable information held by us about you or if you wish to modify the permission you have given us regarding use of your personally identifiable information, you can contact us at:
